Registration Process
You can register for the conference through the Online Registration System. If you have any problems with the online registration, please fill in the Registration Form (Download here) and email the scanned copy to wrssc2026@gmail.com.
Payment Methods
Online payment should be made through the PolyU Online Payment Portal. Please note that Visa, Mastercard, China UnionPay cards, WeChat Pay, AliPay, and FPS are accepted in the online payment system.
Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email of successful payment for reference. Payment status in the registration system will be updated after payment confirmation, which should take around five working days.

Notice
To facilitate payment for participants, the conference has entrusted Xi'an Kaili Conference and Exhibition Co., Ltd. with the responsibility of handling registration and fee collection matters.
Refund Policy
Participation Fee
- On or before June 15, 2026: 100% refund
- ✓ From June 16 to August 15, 2026: 50% refund
- ✗ After August 15, 2026: No refund
